COTTAGE HARMONIE
The farmhouse extends on the ground floor for approximately 100m2: on the right a cloakroom, on the left are the kitchen area fitted out with a central island, the dining area on a large farm table and at the back the sitting area frames the open fireplace.
The modern staircase leads to two double bedrooms: On the right a large bed (180) topped with beams and a shower room, on the left, a bedroom with two separate beds (90) with shower room and dressing room, more intended for children .
Want more privacy? A studio with kitchen is independently furnished.
It is accessed by an exterior stone staircase backing onto the gable, so characteristic of the region with its “sparrows' steps” which frame the roof.
The door opens onto a fitted kitchen and a small dining table. Separated by curtains, follows the sleeping area with a double bed (180) and its shower room with dressing room.
This studio opens onto three exhibitions, particularly the sunset, is full of light. It also offers a magnificent view of the meadows and horses.
The ground floor of the farmhouse opens onto a private south-facing garden and its old paved terrace, perfect for extending meals and lounging.

Possibility to rent the cottage for a minimum of two nights.

Cancellation conditions:
For any reservation, the signing of a contract and a deposit of 30% are required.
The balance is to be paid 15 days before your arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit remains due.
If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit and the balance remain acquired.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount of the service reserved will be due.
Covid clause:
Exceptionally, we are committed to the full reimbursement of the sums collected for the rental of a stay that has not started in the event of general confinement put in place by the State on French territory.
Departures / arrivals times:
Stay from Monday to Friday:
Arrival: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Departure: no later than 11:00 a.m.
Weekend stay Friday to Sunday:
Arrival: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Departure Sunday: no later than 6:00 p.m.
Bail :
Check of 800 € to be provided on arrival.
A 30-minute time slot will be requested before your departure to carry out the inventory of fixtures together.
