The Gîte Sellerie welcomes you to a unique place, steeped in the equestrian history of the estate. Leathers, saddle racks repurposed as mirrors, and authentic materials create a warm atmosphere, somewhere between a workshop feel and Scottish inspiration.
With its independent entrance onto a small private courtyard, this characterful cottage is ideal for a getaway for two, a weekend in the countryside or an extended stay in peace and quiet.
A warm living space
On the ground floor, a small fitted kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. The living room, with its generous leather armchairs and wood-burning stove, invites you to relax after a day exploring the region.
The atmosphere blends authenticity, comfort and character, in a setting that recalls the former equestrian vocation of the place.
A sleeping area under the roof
Upstairs, accessible by a miller's staircase, the sleeping area is located under the beams and sloping ceilings.
It includes a large 180cm bed and a shower room, in an intimate and cozy setting, conducive to rest.
An open view of nature
From the cottage, the view extends over the pastures, the plains and, in the distance, the forest.
A peaceful environment to slow down, enjoy the countryside and rediscover the pleasure of simple things.

Outside the Christmas and New Year holiday period:

A minimum stay of two nights applies.
For longer stays (more than 7 nights), please contact us directly.
Booking and payment
All bookings require a signed rental agreement and a deposit of 30% of the total stay cost.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before arrival, both the deposit and the remaining balance are non-refundable.
In the event of an early departure during your stay, the full amount of the original booking remains payable.
Check-in and check-out

Check-in: between 5 pm and 9 pm

Check-out: by 6 pm at the latest
A 30-minute appointment will be scheduled before departure to carry out the property inspection together.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €400, payable by cheque, is required upon arrival.
A few things to note
Gîte Sellerie is a non-smoking property.
Pets are welcome under certain conditions. Please contact us before your stay to discuss the arrangements.
