Lodging stays
Stay from Monday to Friday:
Arrival: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Departure: no later than 11:00 a.m.
Weekend stay Friday to Sunday:
Arrival: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Departure Sunday: no later than 6:00 p.m.
Manor Stays
Arrival: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Departure: no later than 6:00 p.m.
Housework
Before your departure, the premises must be left clean:
The kitchen should be tidy;
Garbage bags must be placed in the outdoor sorting bins;
The used towels must be collected;
All the equipment must be put back in place.
If these conditions are not respected, a cleaning fee of 35 euros / hour may be applied.
If damage is found during the inventory or during cleaning after your departure, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.
Pets
If you rent a gîte or the manor house, animals are accepted under certain conditions.
The lodgings giving access to stables and pastures, dogs must be kept on a leash to avoid contact and accidents with other animals present (horses, chickens, etc.).
Regarding the rental of the Manor, the private garden is large and fully enclosed. Your dog will be able to roam there quietly.
In all cases, we ask you to bring his basket, his bowls and towels to wipe his paws. We will not allow him to sleep on sofas or beds.
No supplement will be requested.
Parking and security
The cottages have their own outdoor parking.
The Manor has a covered car park (3 spaces).
It is also possible to cover motorcycles or bicycles.
An automatic gate and cameras, located at the entrances to the property, guarantee security.
Where to shop?
In Villers-Cotterêts, located 3km away, you will find all the shops: bakers, delicatessen, butchers, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, opticians, aesthetics ...
A Carrefour Market is also located less than 3km from the property.
In Villers-Cotterêts, the local market is held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Thursday and Sunday.
Baby equipment
Cot and high chair are at your disposal.
