Housework
Before your departure, the premises must be left clean:

The kitchen should be tidy;

Garbage bags must be placed in the outdoor sorting bins;

The used towels must be collected;
-
All the equipment must be put back in place.
If these conditions are not respected, a cleaning fee of 35 euros / hour may be applied.
If damage is found during the inventory or during cleaning after your departure, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.
Pets
If you rent a cottage or the Manoir, pets are welcome under certain conditions.
Since the cottages provide access to the stables and pastures, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times to prevent any contact or accidents with other animals (horses, chickens, etc.).
For manor rentals, the private garden is large and fully enclosed, allowing your dog to roam freely.
In all cases, we ask that you bring your dog’s bed, bowls, and towels to wipe their paws. Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds.
No additional fee will be charged.
Parking and security
The cottages have their own outdoor parking.
The Manoir has a covered car park (3 spaces).
It is also possible to cover motorcycles or bicycles.
An automatic gate and cameras, located at the entrances to the property, guarantee security.
Where to shop?
In Villers-Cotterêts, located 3km away, you will find all the shops: bakers, delicatessen, butchers, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, opticians, aesthetics ...
A Carrefour Market is also located less than 3km from the property.
In Villers-Cotterêts, the local market is held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Thursday and Sunday.
Baby equipment
Cot and high chair are at your disposal.
