A space all your own with entrance to a small private courtyard, a ground floor and a first floor to stay for a weekend, a week or more….
In a half-Scottish, half-workshop style, the ground floor is divided between a small fitted kitchen and a lounge area made up of large leather armchairs near the stove.
A mill staircase leads to the attic floor with shower room and sleeping area with double bed (180).
The view embraces the pastures and in the distance the forest, the plains….

Prices and conditions

Period of stay:

Possibility to rent the cottage for a minimum of two nights.

3 nights: 350 €

4 nights: 440 €

Additional night : +90€

Cancellation conditions:

For any reservation, a deposit of 30% is required.
The balance is to be paid 15 days before your arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit remains due.
If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit and the balance remain acquired.
In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount of the service reserved will be due.

Covid clause:
Exceptionally, we are committed to the full reimbursement of the sums collected for the rental of a stay that has not started in the event of general confinement put in place by the State on French territory.

Departures / arrivals times:
Stay from Monday to Friday:
Arrival: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Departure: no later than 11:00 a.m.

Weekend stay Friday to Sunday:
Arrival: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Departure Sunday: no later than 6:00 p.m.

Bail :

Check of € 400 to be provided on arrival.
A 30-minute time slot will be requested before your departure to carry out the inventory of fixtures together.
